RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn and in new condition with original tags. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise upon inspection.

Please note, personalized embroidered items and final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Shipping and processing charges are nonrefundable.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned item(s). We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise upon inspection.

SHIPPING/ ORDER PROCESS

Standard shipping is FREE for all continental US orders $99 or more and $8.95 if you spend under $99.

Express 2-3 day shipping is $20 for all continental US orders. Order must be placed by 2 PM EST for same day processing. 

Local delivery is $5 and available for the Greater Buffalo, NY area. Enter zip code at check out for availability. Local orders will be delivered on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday. Email support@infinitescrubshoppe.com if you require other arrangements.
